The LEGO Powered Up system has great potential but the app has one major flaw – it has zero documentation available. I created a detailed code block guide that has all blocks listed in the current version of the app.

It’s weird to say this about a set with less than 500 pieces, but here is the flagship LEGO Technic set of 2020’s first wave, the 42109 Technic App-Controlled Top Gear Rally Car. It is fully remote controlled out of the box which is something we did not see in many years, at least for a non-off-roader car. So how does it perform? Check it out in the video!
LEGO released the 3.0 update of the Powered Up app yesterday. As we were informed previously this is an important update with long awaited features like the multi-hub support or the support for the Technic hub and the L and XL motors. 50 years ago humans landed on the Moon for the first time on the 20th of July, 1969. LEGO is celebrating the 50th anniversary with the fantastic LEGO Creator Expert 10266 NASA Apollo 11 Lunar Lander set.
The BuWizz app had a few updates recently and I think the coolest new feature is the FPV support with a WiFi action camera. You can easily connect to the camera with the app and control your BuWizz-powered vehicle while you watch the live feed on your phone.

This is my latest and fastest mod of the LEGO Technic 42096 Porsche 911 RSR. It has 2 RC buggy motors, a Servo and 2 BuWizz units. Due to the increased weight is not as fast as the buggy motor mod of the 42077 Rally Car, but they are close 🙂
