This is not a set you can buy together. You need to get the 2 BuWizz units from buwizz.com, you need to buy 2 RC buggy motors that are not sold by LEGO for 10 years now (best source might be bricklink), and you need some extra parts that you can get in one package from MOCHUB: https://www.mochub.com/moc/technic-42065-rc-tracked-racer-upgrade-buggy-motor-buwizz-not-included
